We support card and bank transfer payments. We deduct a proportional portion of your balance every five minutes. The amount of credit loss in 5-min interval depends on the parameters of your services. With a calculator on the web, you always know exactly how much your monthly traffic will cost.
If you exhaust your credit, we simply suspend your services. We will save your data for two months during which you can recharge your credit without losing data or settings your services. After two months we delete data automatically and cancel unused services without compensation!
If your virtual server is stopped, we charge you only 40% of the price CPU, RAM and disk space.
You can leave us at any time and whenever you can come back to us. We do not charge any cancellation fees if you leave us. You only need to register to use our services. You don't sign anything. Any negative balance will not be enforced by you.
